What Features Are Available on a Free BotCity Maestro Account ?
Description
A common question from new users of BotCity Maestro is what features are included in a free (community) account. These questions often come through the support chat on the sign-up screen, and usually include:
How many bots can I create?
How many automations are allowed?
How many executions are available daily?
Initial Access – 30-Day Reverse Trial
When a new account is created, users are granted a 30-day full access trial to all platform features — a model referred to as a reverse trial.

Note
Limitations of the free (community) plan only affect orchestration features inside Maestro.
The development stage of automations — including frameworks and plugins — remains fully accessible, even after the trial ends.
What Changes After 30 Days?
After the 30-day period, the account automatically transitions to the Community (free) plan. Access to the platform continues, but some features become restricted and usage limits are applied.
Features that become unavailable:
Credentials (secure credential storage)
Audit (monitoring and traceability)
Scheduling (task scheduling)
BotCity Docs (Studio-integrated documentation)
Feature limits after the trial period:
Feature | Durin Trial (30 Days) | After Trial (Community) |
| Tasks | Unlimeted | 10 per day |
Automatios | Up to 20 | 1 automation |
| Runners | 3 Desktop + 10 Backgroud | 1 Desktop only
